Candidates SIN (Social Insurance Number) will also be collected upon successful job placement.
For all others visiting essentialhiring.com such as, third-party employers you may be required to fill out banking information (Payment information), company name, company address, phone number, type of company (description) and email address.
Essential Hiring will ask for consent from candidates and third-party companies when registering with us to be able to disclose their personal information when needed and when required to. All candidates upon registering with Essential Hiring will be asked to provide consent to Essential Hiring to share necessary information to third party employers.
Essential Hiring will also ask third-party employers to provide consent to disclose necessary information to prospective candidates.
Consent to release and use personal information will be asked once candidates and third-party employers have registered with Essential Hiring.

Essential Hiring also required registrants to keep their information updated to be able to have optimal use of the features and services.
All registrants are responsible for keeping their username and passwords a secret.
Essential Hiring will use third party payment gateway software that complies with all governmental policies to safe guard your personal and financial information. Essential Hiring is not liable for any damages or breach of security when any third-party payment gateway system is used to collect payment and sensitive information.
Essential Hiring has the authority to be able to deactivate an account that does not meet our standards and requirements. However, Essential Hiring will still have your information safely stored. If a registrant wishes to reactivate their account, they will be able to do so and will be able to login to the same account under the discretion of Essential Hiring.
A registrant can also choose to deactivate their account by putting a request in. The registrant’s information will be safely stored and can be accessed by the registrant if they wish to reactive their account.
