Essential Hiring gathers information from candidates and third-party employers once they have registered for our employment database or sends us an email for any inquiries. All information that you have provided is safely protected by Essential Hiring.

Collecting Personal Information

Essential Hiring will ask candidates and third-party employers to provide their personal information to complete application forms, to register for any of the services provided by Essential Hiring and when submitting an online inquiry.

If you are a candidate registering with Essential Hiring you will be asked to fill out your name, date of birth, payment information, email address, address, past and current employment information as well as your resume. Candidates SIN (Social Insurance Number) will also be collected upon successful job placement.

For all others visiting essentialhiring.com such as, third-party employers you may be required to fill out banking information (Payment information), company name, company address, phone number, type of company (description) and email address.

Essential Hiring will also ask third-party employers to provide consent to disclose necessary information to prospective candidates.

Consent to release and use personal information will be asked once candidates and third-party employers have registered with Essential Hiring.

Essential Hiring will not release any personal information without consent unless it is regarding illegal activities, an investigation, or a breach of contract/agreement.

If Essential Hiring uses the personal information for a new purpose other then what is mentioned in the Privacy Policy, Essential Hiring will ask for consent before using the information and also disclose what it will be used for.

If anyone wishes to write a review for any of the candidates, you are providing consent to have the review and your name being seen by all who are registered on Essential Hiring. Third party companies & Essential Hiring can evaluate and leave reviews for candidates based on your on the job professional/employment interaction for the following matters but not limited to:

Updating Personal Information

Essential Hiring may ask all registrants to review their personal information with us to update it if needed.

Essential Hiring also required registrants to keep their information updated to be able to have optimal use of the features and services.

All registrants are responsible for keeping their username and passwords a secret.

Essential Hiring will use third party payment gateway software that complies with all governmental policies to safe guard your personal and financial information. Essential Hiring is not liable for any damages or breach of security when any third-party payment gateway system is used to collect payment and sensitive information.

Account Deactivation and Deletion

Essential Hiring has the authority to be able to deactivate an account that does not meet our standards and requirements. However, Essential Hiring will still have your information safely stored. If a registrant wishes to reactivate their account, they will be able to do so and will be able to login to the same account under the discretion of Essential Hiring.

A registrant can also choose to deactivate their account by putting a request in. The registrant’s information will be safely stored and can be accessed by the registrant if they wish to reactive their account.

Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act

Essential Hiring complies with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. If a registrant would like access to their information they may request it in accordance with the procedures found under section 24 of the Act. Requests can be sent to info@essentialhiring.com.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If Essential Hiring makes any changes to the Privacy Policy you will be sent an Email notification alerting you to review the new updated Privacy Policy.
